Who we are
Solis Digital Studio Ltd (“Solis”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17210956. This policy covers solisdigital.co.uk only.
What this site collects
Nothing, automatically. solisdigital.co.uk does not run analytics or advertising scripts, does not set cookies, and has no account system, newsletter sign-up, or form that submits to a server. There is nothing on this site tracking you between visits.
If you email us
Contact links on this site open your own email client and send to info@solisdigital.co.uk directly — the message never passes through our website or servers. We keep the resulting email thread for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or relationship, and use it only to respond to you and, where relevant, deliver work we’ve agreed. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel, as our hosting provider, processes standard web-server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) to serve pages and keep the platform secure and reliable — the same baseline logging any web host performs. We do not separately access or analyse these logs for tracking purposes.
If we add analytics in future
Should we later add privacy-respecting analytics or advertising cookies, this page will be updated first, and a cookie banner will appear so you can accept or decline before anything non-essential is set. Nothing changes silently.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you (typically just an email thread, if you’ve contacted us), ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. Email info@solisdigital.co.uk and we’ll deal with it directly — no ticketing system, a real reply from a real person. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) at any time.
